How Much Does This Cost?
Generally, depending on the claim and case of course, most of Yanchar Law's fee structure is based on a contingency fee basis. That means that besides costs/expenses/fees that would need to be paid/reimbursed by a client, unless monetary amounts are recovered for a claim, Yanchar Law does not take a legal fee. If an amount is recovered, legal fees are based on a percentage of the total recovery.
Other types of payment structures can be hourly rates and flat-fee rates, on a case-by-case basis. Payment Plans can be arranged, at the discretion of Yanchar Law. Check, money order, cash, or all major credit/debit cards are accepted.
CONSULTATIONS (not just questions)
Generally, Employment discrimination consultations are $100.00 and is collected at the beginning of the consultation.
Personal Injury/Auto Accident consultations are not charged.
If an amount would be more than quoted here, Yanchar Law would notify you prior to scheduling the consultation so you are aware before scheduling. This charge does not apply to document review, please visit that page for that pricing information. Any consultation fee may be waived at the discretion of Yanchar Law.
